Why can’t I rotate the knob on G210 Thermal Imaging Monocular? Is it defective?

G210 uses a fixed-focus thermal lens. The focus is factory calibrated, so the knob is locked by design and cannot rotate. This is normal, not a defect. If you need manual focus adjustment, please choose the G215 thermal monocular.
Why does the thermal image look blurry at long distances?

Thermal monoculars have detection distance and recognition distance. Advertised range refers to detection only. Clear viewing happens at shorter ranges. For sharper long-distance results, G215 supports manual focus for improved thermal imaging.
My phone won’t connect to the thermal monocular app. What should I do?

Please confirm the app is installed, camera permission is enabled, and OTG is turned on. Some newer phones disable external devices by default. If issues continue, contact our support for step-by-step setup help.
How long does the battery last? Can I use it while charging?
